2. Recruitment Services

Royal LuxStaff provides recruitment and staffing facilitation services.


We:


  • Source and screen candidates
  • Introduce candidates to employers
  • Provide advisory support during placement processes


We do not guarantee:


  • Employment for candidates
  • Successful hiring for employers


3. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree that:


  • All information submitted is accurate and truthful
  • Qualifications and employments history are genuine
  • Misrepresentation may result in removal from consideration


4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree that:


  • Final hiring decisions are their responsibility
  • Employment contacts are managed directly between employer and candidate (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Compliance with labour legislation remains the employer's responsibility


5. Limitation of Liability

Royal LuxStaff shall not be liable for:


  • Losses arising from employment decisions
  • Workplace disputes
  • Misconduct occurring after placement
  • Indirect or consequential damages


6. Confidentiality

All parties agree to treat shared information confidentially and use it solely for recruitment purposes.


7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
